Can I use my own boxes / packaging?
Yes, please ensure they are export quality and not single board manufacture.

What paperwork or information would be required?
An inventory would need to be completed and passport details for certain countries.

If I am booking a transport job, do I have to wait all day for your driver?

No, we normally collect next day from the date of booking and would give you a collection time, normally within ½ hour periods i.e. 10.00-10.30.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can send?

No, we send anything from a Jiffy bag to a full 40' container.

Do BK collect at weekends?

Unfortunately, due to the driver’s long hours driving in the week we do not offer a weekend collection service.

Who insures my goods while they are being shipped?

Please refer to our terms and conditions.

How much cargo will a 20' container hold?

A 20’ container full of sand or water would hold 33m3 but obviously, personal effects would not and could not fill the container fully. We would normally suggest that 20-25 m3 can be loaded into 20’ containers.

What classifies as dangerous cargo?

  • Explosives
  • Gases
  • Flammable liquids
  • Flammable solids

  • Toxic /Infectious substances

  • Corrosive substances
  • Miscellaneous / dangerous goods and material
